Is VAT added?
No. The prices are what you pay.
How do I cancel or change plan?
From your account page, under Manage billing. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my projects if the plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open, edit, export and share everything. If the account holds more than the free plan does, new images and fonts cannot be uploaded, and no more decks can be hosted for Play online, until there is room again.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of subscribing, yes: press Withdraw from the contract here on your account page. What you paid comes back, less the days already used, and the plan ends.
Payments are taken by Stripe; your card details never reach Card-a-mon. See the terms of use and the privacy policy.
