Terms of use

By using Card-a-mon you (the User) agree these terms with Dalius Dobravolskas, trading as ffff.lt, who owns and runs the site (the Owner). Card-a-mon is free to use.

Your work

• What you make here is yours. Designing a card game with this tool gives the Owner no claim on the game, and no permission to publish, show or use it. Your projects are stored so the editor can open them and for no other purpose.
• You are responsible for what you upload. Artwork, fonts, text and names have to be yours to use: your own, licensed to you, or free to use the way you are using them.
• If you connect an AI assistant, it acts on your behalf: it can read, change and remove cards, fields and images in your projects, and what it does through your connection is treated as done by you. Images it adds from a link have to be yours to use in the same way as images you upload. The assistant, and the company that runs it, are not part of Card-a-mon: its terms are between you and that company, and the Owner is not responsible for what it does or does with your work. Duplicate a project before asking for large changes.
• Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy and under the GDPR; your rights over it are on the GDPR page.

Accounts

• An account is an email address you can receive mail at. Sign-in links go to that address, so anybody who reads that inbox can sign in as you.
• Connecting an AI assistant needs your approval while signed in, and you can disconnect it from the account page at any time. Only approve an assistant you are setting up yourself.
• You can delete the account, and everything in it, from the account page. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

The limits of the service

• Card-a-mon is provided as is, with no guarantee that it works, stays available, or keeps your data. Keep your own copy of work you would mind losing.
• The Owner is not liable for lost work, lost time, or anything printed from a file this tool generated. Check a proof before ordering a print run.
• The Owner may change or discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice beforehand.
• The Owner may close an account used in a way that harms the service or other people using it, and may disconnect an AI assistant, or limit what assistants can do, for the same reason.
